Terms Of Services

By enrolling in a training course with GoForTrainings, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of service.

  1. Enrollment: By enrolling in any training program offered by GoForTrainings, participants agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. Registration: Registration for training courses is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit. Enrollment is subject to availability and may be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Payment: Payment for training courses must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds: Participants may cancel their enrollment in a training course up to 2 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the full course fee, at the discretion of GoForTrainings.
  5. Course Changes: GoForTrainings reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training course for any reason. Participants will be notified in advance, and efforts will be made to accommodate participants in an alternative course or provide a full refund.
  6. Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during training sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions deemed inappropriate by GoForTrainings may result in removal from the course without refund.
  7. Intellectual Property: All training materials provided by GoForTrainings are the intellectual property of GoForTrainings and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
  8. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during training sessions and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent from GoForTrainings.
  9. Limitation of Liability: GoForTrainings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the training courses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
  10. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
