1. Cancellation by Participant:
   • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training course, please notify us in writing at least 5 days before the scheduled start date of the course.
   • Cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the full course fee, at the discretion of GoForTrainings.
   • Refunds for cancellations will be issued using the original payment method within 3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
2. Cancellation by GoForTrainings:
   • In the unlikely event that GoForTrainings needs to cancel or reschedule a training course, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
   • Participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to an alternative course or receive a full refund of the course fee.
   • GoForTrainings shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs, due to course cancellations.
3. Refund Process:
   • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to trainings@gofortrainings.com.
   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
   • Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Course Changes:
   • GoForTrainings reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training course for any reason. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
   • Efforts will be made to accommodate participants in an alternative course or provide a full refund if the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled course.
